Counseled a marketing professional to leave his under-employed,
full-time position and start his own marketing firm. He enjoyed $60,000 in revenues
the first 90 days.

Created a business-vision and life-plan for a dentist who
ultimately moved from a small, mediocre practice in Brooklyn Center to a successful,
high-profile location in the new Arbor Lakes Shopping Center in Maple Grove.
Life/business integration:
Coached a financial advisor into creating a new business
model that allowed him to live and work from northern Minnesota instead of Minneapolis.
Sales/executive coaching:
Offered a combination of marketing consulting and sales/personal
coaching for the national sales director of a real estate firm. This program
helped him meet his fourth quarter numbers and become the prime candidate for
the firm's presidency.

Created a sales training and coaching program
for an engineering firm's technical account managers. This strategy played the
key role in raising revenues from the $5 million baseline (and past the goal
of $6.5 million) to a total of $8.3 million.
Corporate teambuilding sailing programs:
Delivered custom-designed half-day/day-long
teambuilding, leadership and client/staff appreciation events for a wide variety
of clients, including: Cargill, Medtronic, Fair Isaac, Red Wing Shoe Company,
Mayo Clinic as well as smaller corporations and nonprofit organizations.
Youth sailing programs:
Provided sailing-related teambuilding, self esteem and
personal development programs for Pepin Area Schools; the Apple Valley School
for Environmental Studies; Winona State University; Winona County Corrections
and Family Hope Services.
