Sheridan Performance Group, On-Deck Seminars & Charters and The Breakwater Meeting Rooms are located in the historic Breakwater Building in the charming riverside village of Pepin, Wisconsin.

Pepin -- birthplace of Laura Ingalls Wilder, author of the treasured "Little House" children's book series -- is also home to antique shops and excellent restaurants and B&Bs.

Overnight accommodations can be arranged at your request.

We are just 60-90 minutes from Minneapolis/St. Paul, Rochester, LaCrosse, Winona and Eau Claire.

About David Sheridan:

Sheridan Performance Group president David Sheridan launched his integrated coaching and marketing firm in July, 1989. He brings over two decades of experience in marketing development and professional/personal coaching to all SPG clients.

As the "skipper" of On-Deck Seminars & Charters, David is a United States Coast Guard licensed captain with twenty years of sailing experience on Lake Pepin, the Great Lakes, Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean.

In 1997, his passion for sailing and the work- and life-lessons it provides compelled him to create on-board programs that help corporate teams improve effectiveness, and youth groups build self-esteem to see a larger sense of what's possible for their lives.
